To celebrate six months of TBP Season 4, we’re kicking off a special community build event in a brand new district; Daeyrock!

Nestled along a winding river just south of Spawn, Daeyrock is a village divided – one side of the bank, the slums: gritty, tight-packed, dilapidated and abandoned housing that’s full of character. The other side? Not Slums! Grand homes, polished stones, ceilings without holes!

The buildings in the slums should be run down, dilapidated, some maybe even abandoned! Holes in the roof, overly cluttered, messy… muddy. The folks that live and work here are are good people, but oppressed by the systems that the Potato Farm team takes no responsibility for! These buildings are likely made with rotting woods, compacted dirt and mud bricks.

The buildings on the other side of the river, however – are more refined, with nice brickwork and polished wood. No holes in the rooves here, just plenty of colourful cheer.

Now, to be clear, these build palettes are not mandatory. You can build however, and with whatever building blocks you’d like! These palettes are just to give you an idea of the vibe that we’re trying to achieve here.

When, Where and How?

• Where: Daeyrock has been added to the TBP map, and can be located south of spawn and Luthorne. If you were there for the New Years fireworks display, keep going south once you hit that.
• When: Well, from today onwards! Today marks the 6 month anniversary of TBP Season 4, and thus, this build event is now open to everyone!
• How: Simply show up, find a plot, add your name to the sign (if you’re not quite ready to start), or simply start building! Each plot will have a sign that dictates the building type that’s expected to go there – with houses being the smaller plots, and communal buildings taking the larger ones.
